good shop, i recommend this place there are excellent prices and good services

The service is horrible. pick up the phone to hang up on you, but they won’t pick up the phone to answer you both locations or Morelos. The worst customer service. I was looking for a membership with this company. But I am no longer interested that’s how the company loses money putting bad employees.

The Store is great, but the parking lot is very, very, but really very dark at night, at store hours !!! They have most of their lamps turned off...I had to go around the store, in order to pick up a living room I bought and it was totally dark, scary.. The employee said that the lights were out of service since several days ago, but this has been this way for months...I can't believe why they keep it so dark...energy savings? Try LED lamps ! Real shame...

For visitors from US do not expect to find your regulars brands here. They sell Mexican National brands most of them, some members mark brands. Store is just as big as the US stores, almost same layout. They accept US memberships but with a little help of the supervisor. They sell scooters,small engine motorcycles and ATV’s.
